GENERAL TERMS

MY FULL DETAILED TOS CAN BE FOUND HERECOMPACT VERSION;▸ Payments are made in Euros through PayPal via invoice. Once started, the commissioner can request to receive a, or several, work-in-progress images* in the ‘feedback’ stage.
_{*Unless it's a skeb-style or sketch commission, the commission will always come with at least a sketch-feedback round.}▸ Do not send payments before I have acknowledged your purchase and we have come to an agreement; which is usually confirmed by me sending an invoice.
_{Refunds will only be made in full when I, the artist, decide to void or break our agreement and stop the commission or other service provided.}▸The client has the right to use the commissioned artwork and is allowed to redistribute as they see fit as long as they do not mean to resell the work and I, the artist, am properly credited.
_{Commissioned illustrations and services cannot be used for commercial means unless my explicit permission has been given or commercial rights have been purchased.}▸I may use the art as I, The artist, see fit. For example; Commissioned illustrations or services may be posted on social media or featured as examples in my offline and online portfolio, etcetera.▸ CLIENTS MAY:
- Use the commissioned design/artwork as a character reference, in banners, profile pictures, icons, etcetera.- Use the commissioned design/artwork on merchandise such as posters, shirts, keychains, etcetera, for personal use only*.

- re-upload the design and artwork without proper credits or claim said work as their own.- Trace, draw over, or heavily alter my work unless explicit permission has been given.- The owner/commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork/design for non-fungible tokens (NFT’s). Use of the artwork or design for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- The owner/commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to upload or use any part of their commissioned artwork/design in AI or AI like programs. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

I, The artist, do not allow my work to be used in a commercial or for-profit manner unless the client has bought commercial rights;The price for commercial rights is to be discussed with the client and may vary depending on intention and design but can range from 50 - 150% of the original pricing.When buying commercial rights this includes the following, depending on the agreement;▸Use the design/illustration as a Vtuber/PNGTuber/Online stream persona etc, or stream-related asset.▸Sell a design, commissioned illustration, or services such as prints, posters, t-shirts, keychains, or other merchandise.▸Use and include a design, commissioned illustration, or services in commercial works; comics, animations, games, etcetera.▸Create a species; Open- or Closed, based on the design in question.
